Description
The machine adopts special design and blades for cutting fresh and cooked meat into peces or strips. For example, biltong, barbecued pork, assorted spiced meat, pig skin, pig ears, cattle stomach and intestine. It is suitable for fast food industry, large scale cantgeen and food processing industry.
Main Features
1) The blade is made of special material which can cut the meat into pieces or strips
2) There is a spring as a secure setting , once the spring leaves the machine part , the blade doesn't work anymore.
3) The machine uses frequency converter control , which makes it the speed of sending belt and cutting stable .
